I started practicing yoga in 2004 and noticed many physical benefits. It helped with my flexibility, balance, and knee pain I developed while training for a marathon. I began to develop a better relationship with my body. Instead of seeing it as a thing I needed to "fix", I realized it was capable of so much and became grateful for that. I started to take better care of myself physically, mentally, and emotionally. I wanted to help others find these same benefits and completed my 200 hour vinyasa training program in 2008. I have been teaching vinyasa and 26&2 style classes since then.
